Abdur Rahim Khan secretly referred to as Shan'tay Khan by subordinates, was a Pakistani former fighter pilot, three-star rank air officer, and diplomat, who served as the fourth and last Commander-in-Chief of the Pakistan Air Force from 1969 to 1972.
After his retirement, he served as Pakistan's Ambassador to Spain until his resignation in 1977.
