Adolphe Guillet dit Tourangeau

Adolphe-Elzéar Guillet dit Tourangeau (January 15, 1831 – October 8, 1894) was a notary and political figure in Quebec, Canada.He was a Conservative member of the House of Commons of Canada representing Quebec East from 1870 to 1874.

He also served two terms as mayor of Quebec City.
