Adrian Bailie Nottage Palmer, 4th Baron Palmer (born 8 October 1951) was an aristocrat and landowner in Scotland.Lord Palmer succeeded his uncle in the peerage in 1990, and is now one of the ninety hereditary peers elected to remain in the House of Lords after the passing of the House of Lords Act 1999; he sits as a crossbencher.
