Arthur K.Delaney (January 10, 1841 – January 21, 1905) was an American lawyer, Democratic politician, and pioneer of Wisconsin and Alaska.He was the first mayor Juneau, Alaska, and was appointed United States District Judge for Alaska by President Grover Cleveland.
Earlier in his career, he served as United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and represented Dodge County in the Wisconsin Legislature for three years.
