Emi Takagi

Japanese culinary expert

Emi Takagi (????; 4 December 1985 – 28 March 2021) was a Japanese culinary expert.She was director of Garshev Co., Ltd..Takagi was born in Tokyo and graduated from Keio University in 2008.

While studying abroad in England, Austria, and the United States, she also started taking cooking training at restaurants.In March 2009, she graduated from Ecole Tsuji Tokyo French-Italian Cuisine Master College.

She went to Turkey after her marriage in 2011, and she gave birth to a son the next year.When moving back to Japan she appeared as a culinary expert in many media such as television and radio.

Takagi was diagnosed with lung cancer in October 2020 and died on 28 March 2021, aged 35.
