Floyd Cardoz (October 2, 1960 – March 25, 2020) was an Indian-born American chef.He was born in Mumbai.He owned the New York City eatery Paowalla and was executive chef at Tabla, as well as victor on Top Chef Masters Season 3 in 2011.
His New York restaurants were known for food melding Indian flavours and spices with western cuisine.
