James Edward Fassel (August 31, 1949 – June 7, 2021) was an American college and professional football player and coach.He was the head coach of the New York Giants of the National Football League (NFL) from 1997 to 2003.
He was offensive coordinator of other NFL teams, and as head coach, general manager, and president of the Las Vegas Locomotives of the United Football League.
