William A. Richards

William Alford Richards (March 9, 1849 – July 25, 1912) was an American surveyor, rancher and politician.He was the fourth Governor of Wyoming from January 7, 1895 until January 2, 1899; and also served as the 30th Commissioner of the General Land Office from 1903 to 1907.
